Our services
Sunday Services
Our main weekly service takes place every Sunday at 10:15 a.m.
This is a service of Holy Communion, featuring hymns and songs, Bible readings,
a sermon, and prayers. The sermon is usually based on the day’s scripture readings
and reflects on how they can be applied to our lives today.
On the first Sunday of each month, we include prayers for wholeness and healing.
This is a time when anyone is welcome to receive prayer—for themselves, a loved one, or wider world needs, including health and other concerns.
On the fourth Sunday of the month, baptisms (christenings) may take place during the service.
These are special occasions as we welcome families and celebrate the commitment of children and adults who choose to follow the way of Jesus. More information about baptisms can be found here.
Service patterns may occasionally vary throughout the year, particularly during key seasons such as Easter, Christmas, and Mothering Sunday. Please check the website calendar for the latest updates.
All our services are designed to be welcoming and accessible. Refreshments are served after Sunday services, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect and catch up with others.
Midweek Services (currently paused)
These are quiet services lasting around 30 minutes.
During the winter months, these services are held in Myland Parish Halls to help reduce our heating costs.
