New Braiswick Park is a brand new housing estate within the Parish of Myland, to the north west of Colchester North Station. It currently contains around 350 homes, and is growing quickly. The estate is made up of houses and flats of a wide variety of designs and sizes - and no other buildings. There are currently no community facilities of any kind.

Myland Parish Church now has a Community Pastor who lives and works in the community - Rosie Tallowin, at 11 Tufnell Way. We look forward to working with Myland Parish Council, Colchester Borough Council, New Braiswick Park Residents' Association and several other local agencies, with the purpose of developing and enhancing the community of New Braiswick Park.
